About Me

Nimisha Sharma

Realtor CalDRE#: 02104182

I grew up in India and moved to the U.S. 15 years ago. After having lived on the East Coast and the midwest, I chose to call the Bay Area home over a decade ago. I fell in love with the area, the people, and the weather. In the Bay Area, you’re in the midst of everything — the thriving tech industry, picturesque mountains, pristine beaches, and great people. I’ve lived in multiple cities in the South Bay, giving me a deep understanding of what they uniquely offer. I am well-versed with desirable pockets in different cities, intricacies of different schools and school districts, right neighborhoods where you can form long term bonds and set down roots, and last but not the least, dealing with buying 50-60 year old homes.

I understand that buying or selling a home means much more to you than just a transaction. For most people, this is the single biggest financial and emotional decision they will make. I have navigated through that multiple times and helped people make decisions with that. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR). With Coldwell Banker, I have the right resources to help you through the process. Whether you are looking for a new home or thinking about selling your current home, get in touch with me. I will put my expertise to work to provide you guidance and advice on what you need to know to make the best possible decision for your real estate needs.

Finally, I believe in giving back to the community and have participated in building houses with Habitat For Humanity and been an active board member with the PTA for the last two years. I look forward to welcoming you to our community.
